Christoff is the Financial Director and one of the co-founders of the QFS empire since 2019.
Christoff is an organisational professional with more than 15 years of proven, multi-faceted abilities in analysing client needs, defining desired outcomes, and designing work processes and programs to specified requirements. He is highly efficient in project management and skilled in conceptualising and presenting ideas to executives and non-executives. His strong leadership abilities are an asset to the QFS team, as he uses a positive and proactive approach to motivate the team to meet deadlines.
As the Financial Director, Christoff’s roles and responsibilities include a range of tasks, from ensuring that the company meets its financial goals to training and overseeing accounting staff and financial planning for the company.

• Expanding the key account relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that benefit both parties.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and key accounts and resolving their inquiries.
• Developing and implementing internal audit programmes to ensure that the company complies with financial procedures and regulations.
• Developing all necessary process flows to ensure sound financial management.
• Launching new services and determining their pricing.
• Identifying and researching key markets, trends, and opportunities.
• Assessing, managing, and minimising risk.
