Meet Erik Janse van Rensburg, Strategic Planning and Legal
Erik is one of the co-founders and directors at QFS and is responsible for all legal aspects of the company and strategic planning, which he is passionate about. His role is divided into three main elements: strategic planning, investor relations, and legal work.
Strategic Planning
Proper strategic planning allows us to acquire high-quality products for our clients at competitive rates. We can also provide customised strategic solutions to ensure each client has the infrastructure and fuel management system they need to keep the wheels turning.
Investor Relations
At QFS, good relationships with our clients and investors are fundamental to our long-term success. We rest easy knowing that Erik is handling the legal aspects of our investments while building solid relationships with our investors
Legal
When it comes to legal agreements between our suppliers, investors, and clients, Erik is here to ensure that all contracts are airtight and legally sound.
Erik has a Bachelor of Arts and a Legum Baccalaureus (LLB Law) from the North West University of South Africa. During his five years studying law, Erik obtained drafting contracts and agreements skills, which are an asset in his current role. Since starting QFS, Erik has further developed his strategic planning and business relations skills, which have become integral to the company’s management.
